PIRE is contracted to provide evaluation technical assistance support to monitor and evaluate the strategies implemented through this initiative. PIRE will assist the City of Lynn’s contractor to develop tracking protocols for the quantity of services delivered and the number of individuals served (process measures) as well as the identified outcomes in the areas of increased knowledge within the centered populations related to the urgency for earlier detection, early indicators of developmental delays, and referral options, increased assessment of children from birth to age 5, increased referrals for services and tracking of these referrals between providers, increased access services for immigrant families, and reported improvements in parenting skills for parents in recovery.
