For this project, PIRE is conducting a process and outcome evaluation to track the impact of a multi-sectoral effort to enhance capacity at community based organizations to identify mothers and children who are exposed to domestic violence and to link them to services. The evaluation is also assessing the impact of providing behavioral health services to mothers and children exposed to domestic violence at the Center for Women and Families (CWF), a sexual and domestic violence support and advocacy center in Louisville, Kentucky. The project is funded by the Administration for Children and Families.
