This goal of this project it to identify and train community coalitions in low capacity, high need areas across New Mexico to implement environmental prevention strategies to address underage alcohol use, binge drinking, and prescription drug misuse. This project will provide extensive training and technical assistance to coalitions to build capacity to collect and use data for strategic planning and identify and implement evidence-based environmental prevention strategies.
